A Little Practice to Keep in Shape

Did a 30 mile ride today though there were errand stops and a coffee and breakfast at Second Cup.

  1. That's a long drive. When this is over, you can come to Toronto and we can go cycling, maybe up to Guildwood or something. You'll have to wait up for me, of course, but we do have an extra bike for you.
